If you have requests for specific states and hours of operations for a campaign you are approved on, please reach out to the Ringba X team.
I’m receiving an error code when sending a request; what does it mean?
Error codes are common! Please refer to this list of RTB Error Codes for detailed explanation on all the error codes you may encounter.
How do I add a seller user to my Ringba X account?
To add a seller user:
- From the Ringba X dashboard, navigate to Settings.
- Go to Manage Users.
- Click the Add User button.
- Add the user’s information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number: Include the + and the country code. For example, +13125559999
- Click Submit. Ringba X sends the user an invitation to join your account.
How do I file a dispute?
If you need to file a dispute, send an email to support@ringba.com with the following information:
- Caller ID of the affected call
- The name of the vertical the call was in
- The reason for your dispute
You have 7 days to file a dispute.
