How do I block a channel from sending me calls?
Blocking a channel / seller is easy. Use these steps:
- Navigate to your Call Logs.
- Find a call from the channel you want to block.
- Click the ID under the Channel column and click the Block Channel button.
You will no longer receive any calls from the seller.
Why did my Ringba X campaign get paused for "excessive unanswered calls"?
To keep the Ringba X community healthy, buyers who bid on calls are obligated to answer them. If you have 3 unanswered calls in 1 hour or 5 calls within 1 day, your campaign is paused with the following error message:
Your Campaign Has Been Paused
Reason: The system automatically paused the campaign due to
an excessive number of unanswered calls to this target.
Multiple conditions can cause Ringba X to consider a call unanswered:
- The call connected to the target, but the call duration was 9 seconds or less AND the call was disconnected by the target or the system.
- Ringba was not able to connect to the target after dialing for 8 seconds or more.
Where can I find my call recordings?
From the dashboard, click Call Logs to find your call recordings.
How do I add a buyer user to my Ringba X account?
To add a buyer user:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Go to Manage Users, and click the Add User button.
- Add the following information about the user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number: Include the + and the country code. For example, +13125559999
- Click Submit. The system sends an invitation to join your account to the email address you entered.
I suspect that calls are coming from traffic sources I do not allow. What should I do?
We take misrepresentation of traffic sources very seriously. Please contact the Ringba X team immediately so we can investigate.
I do not allow traffic from third-party affiliates but I suspect that I am receiving some. What should I do?
Misrepresentation of traffic is against our terms of service. Please reach out to the Ringba X team as soon as possible so we can investigate.
How do I file a dispute?
If you need to file a dispute, send an email to support@ringba.com with the following information:
- Caller ID of the affected call
- The name of the vertical the call was in
- The reason for your dispute
You have 7 days to file a dispute.
