Ringba X requires all sellers to submit creative for any category they are running. Ringba X provides the creative to the buyers to review if they request them.
Note: If setting up a ring tree target for the Medicare or Overflow Medicare category, you must include the creative={Creative ID from Ringba X} parameter in the request. You can find the Creative ID on the Creatives Screen. The Creative ID is a string that begins with CR.
Use these steps to upload your creative:
- From the Ringba X dashboard, click Creatives.
- Click Add.
- Enter the required information:
- Upload the creatives and the screenshot approval of the SMIDs.
- Enter the traffic source.
- Submit the creatives for review.
Ringba X sends an email to buyers buying calls in that category so they can review your creative. If the buyer approves, that buyer can start buying calls from you associated with that creative.
