I got approved as a buyer! What's next?

Congratulations! We're so glad to welcome you to the exchange. Your next steps depend on where you are in the joining process.

Pre-Approved

If you've been pre-approved as a buyer, next you'll need to provide the required documents and information:

  • Proof of insurance: Provide documentation that proves you have the necessary insurance coverage for your business operations.

  • Website Contact Form: Confirm that your website has a visible contact form so your potential customers can communicate with you.
  • Email Verification: Confirm that the email address associated with your website is verified and active.
  • Stripe Identity Verification: Complete the Stripe identity verification process to ensure compliance with financial regulations.     
  • Ringba Account Number (RA): If you plan to be both a buyer AND a seller on the exchange, provide your RA to facilitate the application process.

Approved

Once your Ringba X account has been approved you still need to complete the following steps to confirm your seat on the exchange and start bidding on live inbound calls: 

Step 1: Activate your account:

Sign into your account and complete the initial setup process. This includes:

  • funding your account. You can use a credit card or you can initiate an ACH transfer. See How to Add Funds and Verify Your Account for step-by-step instructions.
    Note: An initial deposit of $2,000 is required to activate your account.

Once you fund your account, you gain access to the platform's features, including the ability to purchase calls on the exchange based on your specified criteria. 

Step 2: Create a campaign

Navigate to Create Campaign and set up your account as per your requirements. See How to Create a RingbaX Campaign for step-by-step instructions.
