How to Add a Credit Card
If you are not paying by wire transfer, you must add a credit card to your Ringba X account. Use the following steps:
- Navigate to the Billing tab and click Add a Credit Card.
- Enter your credit card information.
Note: There is a 3% transaction fee when using a credit card. If you would prefer to pay by wire transfer, contact us for the the wire transfer details.
After adding a credit card, you must verify it before you can start buying calls.
- Navigate to Payment Methods. Here you see the credit card you added.
- Click Verify.
- Upload a photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a photo of a valid ID.
Note: You are welcome to cover all digits except the last four so we can complete card verification.
Once you have completed and received approval from your Know Your Customer (KYC) submission, you can continue to the next step and Add Funds.
How to Add Funds
You must add a credit card and have it verified before you can add funds. Once those steps are complete, use the following steps to add funds to your account:
- Navigate to Add Funds.
- Select the credit card you added. If you've added more than one, select the card you want to charge.
- Enter the amount you want to charge.
Note: There is a minimum $2,000 deposit required for initial deposit.
Your funds are added immediately and you can create a campaign on Ringba X.
Adding Funds and Verifying Account FAQ
When I click to submit the verification information, nothing happens. What should I do?
Try removing the card, then re-enter the card number and billing address.
