This article covers the steps to review your call logs and reporting in Ringba X. You can review your calls and block channels from this screen. You can also change the time period and time zone of the calls that appear in the report and use the export CSV button to export a CSV of the calls in your report.
Use the following steps:
- Navigate to Call Logs from the Ringba X dashboard.
Call Logs is where you find detailed reporting about the calls you have bought. - Use the controls at the top right of the page to adjust the time range and time zone of calls you want to review. You can enable Auto-Refresh to see new calls as they come in.
- In your Call Logs, you see basic information like Date, Category, Campaign name, Country, Language, the Traffic Source it came from, and Traffic Source Type.
- Review your channels:
Channel tells you where the call came from. Channels are approved sellers on the exchange who send you calls. Each channel or seller on the exchange is represented with its own unique randomized channel ID. - (Optional) Block a channel by clicking the channel ID and clicking the Block Channel button. You will stop receiving calls from that seller.
- Review the Caller ID, call Duration, Minimum Duration for the campaign, Cost. You can click the button here to play a Call Recording.
