This article covers the steps you use to create a campaign and get started buying calls on Ringba X.
Use the following steps:
- Navigate to Campaigns on the sidebar and click Create Campaign.
- Complete the fields in the first section:
- Name: Give your campaign a name. You use this name to identify the campaign in reporting and to organize your buying efforts.
- Category: Choose the category of calls you want to buy from the drop-down list.
- Country: Select the country you want to buy from.
- In the Destination section, you select where you want to send the calls you buy. There are two Routing options: Static and Ringba RTB.
- Static: Sends calls to a standard phone number or SIP address.

Ringba RTB: Uses a Ringba campaign with real-time bidding enabled to seamlessly connect with Ringba X.
Tip: Use this option to give you the most control over how you buy calls.

Using Ringba RTB also lets you configure custom data mapping in the RTB request body when we ping your Request URL. To enable this, click on Add data mappings. From here you can adjust any of the fields to your preference.
- Complete the fields in the Schedule and Capacity section.
- Time Zone: Choose your time zone.
- Hours of Operation: Indicate when you want to buy calls.
- Max Concurrency: Indicate how many calls you can receive concurrently.
- Complete the Traffic Sources section.
- Call Type: Choose what type of call generation method you want for this offer. You can choose either Inbound or Outbound.
- Allowed Sources: Choose the traffic sources and promotional methods you accept calls from. Click a sources to add it to your allowed list. Click it again to remove it from your list.
- Toll Free Callers: Indicate whether you accept toll-free callers.
- Duplicate Callers: Indicate whether you accept a call from a caller ID you have received a call from previously.
- Third Parties: Indicate whether you accept third-party traffic. Third-party traffic describes calls generated by affiliates that work with our sellers.
- Complete the Audience section to select the specific demographics of the callers whose calls you want to buy.
- Complete the Budget section.

Minimum Duration: You are billed for calls once the minimum duration has been reached.
Note: The higher you set your minimum duration, the less priority it will be given in the Exchange. This option is only available if you are using Static routing. - Daily Budget: Enter the maximum amount you want to spend per day on this campaign. Once the daily budget has been reached, this campaign stops bidding for calls.
- Bid Amount: Enter the amount you are willing to pay to win the call. If you are using Static routing, you can set a specific bid amount.

Minimum Duration: You are billed for calls once the minimum duration has been reached.
- Once you have finished configuring your settings, click the Create Campaign button.
