Enabling auto-charge on your account lets Ringba X automatically add funds to your account when your balance falls below a threshold you set. You can choose how much the auto-charge adds to your account.
Use the following steps to enable auto-charge on your credit card:
- Log in to the Ringba X dashboard.
- On the right hand side, go to Billing.
- Click Billing > Settings to open the Billing Settings screen.
- Toggle on the Auto Recharge switch.
- Complete the fields and then click Update.
- Enter an amount in the Recharge Below field. When your balance falls below this amount, the system automatically charges your card to refill your balance.
- Enter an amount in the Recharge Amount field. The system automatically charges this amount to your credit card when your balance falls below the amount you entered in the Recharge Below field.
